I got a sore throat and I can't barely eat or swallow anything, it's the worst shit. I stay up all night having to spit into a trashcan so I don't experience the extreme discomfort of swallowing, fucking shit sucks. I have to drink water all the time to stay hydrated but it hurts so much. Plus with all this disgusting mucus stuck in my throat I feel like sasha grey. Kill me now

I was in florida three weeks ago and caught something during my last two days. I was congested during the flight home and my ears are still at the wrong pressure even now. Taking some nasal sprays my doctor prescribed but no improvement thus far.
When I'm really sick I end up laying in bed watching videos. Playing video games takes too much effort. I hate eating when I'm sick, I was 125 lbs at the start of the year but now I'm 115 and trying to get back into eating more.

When I'm sick I don't eat till I'm starving. I had breakfast at 4:30pm and have been eating since. It's 11pm now.

Stayed home from class today because I'm getting a throat infection. Happens every half a year, around the changing of the seasons. Its always goes in a series of stages. Day 1 is mucus stuck down in throat. Day 2 is sore throat and mucus with runny nose. Day 3 is stuffed and runny nose with a sore throat and blocked sinuses with a headache all fucking day. If I'm constantly drinking water up to day 3 then it stops progressing there and goes away completely in 3 days. If I let it alone, i cant talk or swallow and ny phlegm becomes green and it stays for 4 more days and 2 with antibiotic medicine. Its day 3 today, but I've drinking water quite a bit since day one, so I'm feeling pretty hopeful.

I'm 38 and my heart is cooked from a 20 year meth addiction I have heart attacks daily. Also I am bipolar and hallucinate regularly. The meds I take at night would short circuit most robots beyond the point of return.

Fitness jacks up your immune system way up there. My co-workers constantly complai how I never get sick. I tell those fatasses to start exercising, but they never do. It's like they constantly want to waste their PTO days being sick and taking antibiotics when they don't need to.
