My first semester in college I took intro to sociology as a GE. It was all stupid bullshit so I stopped going to class. We were allowed a full page of notes for each exam and I never made one but would get over 100% because extra credit was on each exam and I read the text book. I could tell the teacher hated it that I literally skipped a month of class and did well. I got at A- because she would show videos in class that we had to write something about but wouldn't tell us in advance when she was doing it.

End of story, sociology is a joke.

I'm sorry to hear that. I've never personally had anxiety that severe, but I have friends who have. I know how much of an impact it can have on day-to-day activities. Have you tried meditation? It's not a cure-all by any means, but a lot of people report improving their mental health and self-esteem through regular practice. Of course there's also the option of seeing a psychiatrist, but I know a lot of people don't wanna mess with psychiatric drugs.

I stopped attending class in October of last year. Started going to bed at 4 and waking up at 12. Sloth all the time. Don't recommend it. Almost failed one and pushed my graduation back a year (needed a C).
