I had a weird incident the other week where i was going through the usual de-personalisation i get but i was overtaken by paranoia and fear that i was about to be shot and killed from my window so i freaked out and ran into my moms room.

Escaped to the woods, snapped my phone and simcard in half, buried it in the ground etc. etc.

Been locked up in psych ward and had a person sign some shit swearing that i wont do anything crazy if they let me out.
