Three eggs, a piece of toast for breakfast. I know that health-wise that isn't very good, but I decided to treat myself this morning, plus it's still under 400 calories.

Sushi roll for lunch. 350 calories.

Fish and broccoli for diner. maybe 400 calories.

Including some yogurt and fruit for snacks, I'm at like 1350 calories for today. I'm at the point where I actually need to force myself to eat more to get to 1500 calories, because I feel eating less would be unhealthy.

Try intermittent fasting. Spend an entire day not eating (try to enjoy the pain), then the next day treat yourself (try not to eat more than 4000 cals so it averages out).

You won't start burning fat until all the carbohydrates are out of your system. Spending a prolonged time not eating allows your body to transition to fat-burning mode.

Also, after you have a few fasting periods, you will start to feel full more easily when you resume eating.

Most helpful tip I could give fellow fatbots is to try Intermittent Fasting. I do 18:6 which is fasting for 18 hours then eating for 6 (I skip breakfast every day). Once you get used to it your appetite lowers and the fat flies off. I used to eat 3000+ calories every day with huge meals but now I easily eat less than 1200 calories.
