I do. Always suspected it was due to my anxiety and depression coupled with my eating habits.

Sure enough, a couple of months ago I started to be happier and things brightened up. Indigestion got a lot better.

I'm depressed again though, and it's still there. Maybe I'm pinning it on the wrong thing though.

How's your sleeping habit? When mine was fucked up, and I stayed up for long periods, it would fuck my gut.

Once in a blue moon, but thank god it's not reoccurring. Can't say the same for my fucking headaches though.
