What's the greatest memory you have with your father?

We went to New York together when I was 16

It was mostly just him walking around getting drunk at every bar we could find and bitching about my mother while being happy drunk.

I just enjoyed the ride. We sorta talked for the first and last time, but we weren't really getting anything across to one another.

Watching war documentaries, and he'd teach me anything not mentioned in them.

I recently got my dad cigarettes out of a Vietnam (he served) rations kit for his birthday. There were just four, so we both smoked them on the porch. He smiled and said "they still taste like shit". Ended up just sitting and talking for about an hour.

I live around 2k miles away, and he's not in the best health. Getting worried.

My dads best friend was out of town for a very long time so we kept upkeep of his yard, I mowed the lawn and raked, afterwards he'd say he was proud of me. Or watching mash with him every night. Nothing exciting but I love him.

My dad is a former chad. Ive been a disappointment to him pretty much my whole life. But since i got his chad genes i luckly look like one.
I dont really have any special father son moments with him, but whenever i pull off something chad-ish around people or when we have company over i sometimes catch a glimps of him just sitting on the side having this proud smile on his face and it just warms my heart that i can make him "proud" now and then, since he's a great father.
Thats about as far as it goes.

None. I vowed that if I ever have childrrn, to never become like my dad.

The day I finally figured out that if I stopped crying he would give up on beating the shit out of me.

It didn't stop him from beating me right away but he eventually gave up once he figured out I wasn't going to cry any more.
