Because it's fun, along with the different hair options, armour looks way more varied on female characters. Depending on the game armors, you can create some very varied armor themes.

i play female characters a decent chunk of the time since most people play male characters and i want things to be balanced out more. i also like it b/c im mentally ill. i usually try to play really muscular butch women to be REALLY special snowflake among all the dainty toons with maxed out chest sliders

because males are objectively UnAeStHeTiC and only an unrefined rube would subject themselves to staring at one for long
