Okay bros need honest advice. I've had a year long dry spell, it's been pretty rough. In college now and haven't scored once, since I usually keep my head down and mind my own business/ not as great socially as I used to be. There's this girl in my class who flirts with me HARD. Touching me, eye contact, etc. My only misgiving is that she's only a 5.5, nothing WRONG with her (lean, good hygiene) but she has very average (?) face and body. You could date her and then dump her after you have sex? I know it's a little cold but if your main goal is to score without regards to others feelings than that would be my best advice. Most college girls are too young to be into the whole casual sex scene. Leading her on and then crushing her heart is the best way to go.

Depends on the size of the college. Mutual friends. Also it depends on the class too. If she's taking the same classes pertaining to her major as you, then chances are you'll see her in other classes and it'll be awkward as fuck. However, if it's a really generic class like math 101, english 101, introduction to computers etc etc then it will probably be fine.
