Yes, that's terrible. For men, your systolic pressure (how much pressure is exerted when your heart beats) should be 100 + your age, maxing out at 140. So if you are 21 your systolic should be 121. Diastolic is how much pressure there is when your heart is at rest. So it means your heart is working really hard to do a job that shouldn't be nearly that difficult. See a doctor and get a workout plan. I'm an EMT btw.

Right, assuming it's been stable at 69 I just mean so long as the pulse pressure isn't widening and it has been stable for awhile then yes it's just fine in 99.99% of cases.
