I'm starting to get worried about sleeping too much i've been sleeping 12 hours a day for 4 years now

I wake up like every fucking hour I hate it so much

I've been trying to sleep less every night because I find dark circles (and to a lesser extent bags) aesthetic. Any tips on running on 3-4 hours of sleep?
