When my old dentist died and I went to a new one I learned that I had cavities in all of my molars. I told him that surely can't be right because I brush my teeth with a high tech electric toothbrush 3 times a day.

I've headed to the dentist 2 days after I've discovered it. The visit wasn't very pleasant, because the rotten dot was on my 2nd tooth, and I've had to get some anti-pain injections, but at least I don't have to worry about it rn

I had this done to all four wisdom teeth. They knew it'd be a rough ride in advance so I asked for general anesthesia. The day I went in to get it done some kid from a poor family had to get a tooth pulled and could only afford a mild dose of narcotics. He was freaking out and couldn't come down, so the anesthetist asked me if the kid could have my general anesthesia and I'd get his narcotics. Doctor and parents pressured me into accepting like "you're a big guy". Fucking hell dude, they destroyed my wisdom teeth with a hammer and chisel and I remember every second of the hour it took them. The little shit didn't even thank me.

Start buying a new brand of toothpaste and get yourself a new toothbrush while you're at it. After you finish brushing your teeth, don't wash your mouth with water or any other liquids. I assume you just flush off most of the fluoride you apply to your teeth after you brush nowadays.
