After years of this I said fuck it and tried to do a kamehameha once in a dream where monsters were attacking me.

It worked. Better than a gun ever did. I started fighting back at the monsters and bad guys and kicking their ass, vaporizing them and even learned to control flying in dreams to where I can do it easily now.

I've come to realize there's no reason to be scared. Not because it's not real but because it's my mind. For me to be afraid of my mind would symbolize a lack of trust with myself. Which is something I'm learning to have in order to build confidence.

My body's fine, I lift and don't eat fattening food. In all of those dreams I suddenly realize that I have no clothes or pants on, and this happens regardless if bystanders mention it or not. And then you enter the legs are too heavy to walk territory when you need to escape that situation.

Use to dream a lot when I was 9-11 but not so often anymore, and when I do it's just some dumb "trapped in a video game" bs but sometimes that's better than the alternative

Now I have become autistically obsessed with dogs and have been watching a bunch of video about dog breeds and looking at dog adoptions online. I'm a student so I don't have the money or the space for my own dog, plus my mom wants me to take my cat from home to school with me next year. I've been daydreaming non stop about having a big devoted dog to go on walks or protect me from coyotes when I go outside to smoke.
