OP here I went down to 165 lbs at 5'11" still had gyno. So started doing bodyweight exercises. Still gyno. So started lifting weights and taking nolvadex I bench 200 lbs and still gyno.

I need surgery my dudes but it's 6 grand and I could end up with frankentits like that guy.
