My story is as follows:
Ive been regularly lifting for the last month. Alternating day of workout with day of rest. Plus eating a low carb (not Keto) diet.
I have more energy, and am making quick gains. Then again I actually know what the fuck I'm doing.
But it still hasn't helped the anxiety, or self-loathing. If anything it is fucking me up more because with the higher test I am getting more angry and jealous every fucking time I see a happy couple.
I still cannot approach a woman if my life depended on it.
How do you guys get rid of your fucking anxiety? Therapy is not helping.

Unless you're juicing, lifting alone won't cause this as it's is not going to significantly increase your baseline T.

The only way to beat it is to fight it head on.
I figured my anxiety was a phobia of whatever I was worried about, even though it was something like walking down the street. So when I felt anxious about it, I just got up and walked down the street to the shop or something. It was bad at first but then I soon felt better.
So yeah, what ever you're anxious about do it or do something towards solving it. If you put it to the back of your mind it will re-appear.

My anxieties revolve around 3 activities:
1. Work related BS
2. Large groups of People
3. Talking to women who I am interested in
1 and 2 are manageable but 3 is what is destroying me. I fear it is leading to a depression.
Any specific suggestions you might have?
