Good luck with gains with a 10 km all day this is pretty much such endurance and cardio.
In the army we had to do 5000 push ups in one day once. I didn't get gains I lost them all and lost weight.
I do powerlifting now after basic training I was 170 lbs or so dropped 20 lbs.
Finally I'm a sexy 200 lbs.
Saitama was a robot who became strong. Truly an inspiration.
