I've been like this since I was 16 (now 21).
hair doesn't fall anymore and is stuck like this, it's fucking annouing because I can't style them properly with gel because they'll look obviously sparse as hell if I do, but it's not noticeable if I don't use it and just keep them short at the side and longer at the top.
Still it's so fucking annoying because I don't know wether to shave it al off or keep it.
Anyway obviously the hairline doesn't reced and neither does the crown form a baldspot, since as you can see from the pic it's a different kind of hairloss (female like, despite me being a male)
Fuck, this is the most annoying condition ever, believe me.
Anyone elese know this feel?
stuck like what? straight up or something?

Alopecia areata?

Same. 19 here. Perfectly normal hairline but thin hair at the top of the head.

Like the pic but of course I keep it short since I'm a male, it's not noticeable unless I'm under a strong light source.

No, in alopecia areata you lose it in like weird holes and in other areas you don't at all, in my case I lost a few of them all aover my head when I was like 15-16, but without receding, I've nto been shedding for several years now and I've even underwent several PRP sessions and it got better, the hair iself is thick, but since many have died when I was 15 they're sparse, though the hair itself isn't thin.
