Not true at all man. You just have a very stereotypical view of Africans, probably because you're >15 years of age. There were a lot of African girls at my Uni and they were qt as hell, plus I've been to multiple African countries, and obviously in poorer regions they don't have the money or time to care for their appearance, but in cities, there are some qts.
