Also mate, I know how it is to have a stutter and garble your words. Two things that helped me immensely were meditation and forcing myself to talk in situations where previously I wouldn't have done so (e.g. going to the cashier at supermarkets), you have to immerse yourself in talking naturally and eventually it will be relaxed and comfortable talking.
