Odd that I've known people who have had all of these problems before, but any of these are options and OP, your GF needs real, serious help bro. I don't mean to scare you but all of those things I described above are actual possibilities with your GF because of what just happened, and none of those things are ignorable. Given your girlfriends history its probably best she lays off substances like alcohol if she isnt a chronic alcoholic.
