The Male fear to look weak, is equal to the Female fear to look old.

It stems from Men historically picking fertile Women, and Women historically picking the top protector/successful Men.

Since Men are afraid to look weak, they won't talk about their issues and will act like they don't even exist. This prevents a better social look into the negatives of being a man.
