I tried it one time for a longer perod, but had wet dreams after 3 weeks in 2 week intervals so I stopped. I'm currently on day 14 but because of antidepressants and not nofap.

What helped me te most was masturbating without porn.

They become entirely irresistible to you, and their scent as they walk by is enough to make your eyes roll back into your head, and it takes all that you have to not go run after them as they walk away. Every girl that you see takes every last bit of your attention; every guy that you see walking with a girl you have the urge to fight then and there.

You keep up this facade over time, being a bundle of hormone rage with an immense pressure inside you, until you realize the futility of it all, that man wasn't meant to live like this, and that you're seeing no actual positive results from this bullshit internet meme. Then you give in, and all is well.
