I don't, I'm fat and I fucking hate it. The worst part is I have exercised and lost weight, but put it back on. I'm at my heaviest now at 250+ and I'm 26 so getting closer to that 30. When it becomes even more difficult to lose weight. I'm noticing my weight more and more to, and going out hanging out with friends I am unable to enjoy it to the max because I notice my weight constantly, but feel like there is a wall that I am unable to cross in my head. My friends want to hang, but I can barley bring myself to get up and do that even now.
