ANy good ways to eat sardine?
They don't taste very good to me so I wash it down with some soda to mask the taste while I down some cup ramen.
I like that it is cheap and has value nutrients but how to make it stink less?

They are a bit too crunchy for me. I always have to quickly wash them down with water.

Pinch your nose, open wide and create a straight path to drop it down. Just keep something to drink within reach in case it gets stuck.

Make fisherman eggs with some spinach or other greens.

Try a different brand, like King Oscar. They have really small sardines called brisling.

Depends on the brand and flavor you buy. I buy season brand from costco which is just olive oil and a little salt, all deboned with no skin. It tastes amazing with white rice.

Salmon tastes oretty good
I tried only a few so far but these were my favorite.
Eat these if you don't like the taste of sardines. Mustard compliments them well and it doesn't have a fishy aftertaste in my opinion
