I'm still trying to figure that one out, anon. It's been years and while physically they are completely out of my life, I don't think I'll ever forget.
Nights like this, I tend to start thinking the only way to forget is to end it all.

let me tell you this anon make sure that if you do this all your feelings about the person are settled.
if you repress or try to ignore your true feelings especially if its a female then it will probably bother you alot and also somewhere down the road these feelings will resurface again. havivng said all that you have to conciously decide to avoid them and all kinds of updates you would recieve about them online. decide its over with and focus on yourself. get outside. maybe get something new to do to preoccupy yourself. and eventually you will be able to move on.
