Why do we become more self-aware at night time?

because we get used to the day we live in, then we dream again and forget everything tahts happened.

So we don't get ambushed by the nigs

It's like u just ain't give a fuck cause you don't feel urge to do anything important. Also, i treat night as an equivalent of before-death time, when i can meditate my whole past.

When we go to bed and look at the darkness were alone with our thoughts. This is where we evaluate our lives and compare them to our friends and families. Some are married, have a stable job with a good income, friends that want to see them or are out with their girlfriends enjoying each others company. While your left choking back your tears or wiping them away knowing nothing you can do will change your choices in life. This is how we are, were alone. But worse still were alone with our inner thoughts. They contently weigh us down until we cannot physically move due to exhaustion and a lack of motivation to keep us going, nobody to show our achievements to and nobody to acknowledge them and say their proud of us for achieving them. This is why night time scares us, there is no monster in the dark but our own subconscious thoughts. We are our own worse nightmare, our thoughts are.

Because during the day we are preoccupied with work, school or hobbies. When its night we turn them off and we are just left to think. That's what makes us "self-aware". We only really think about ourselves are night, as where during the day its always thinking about other people and how they should see us not how we see ourselves.

It always haunt me
