It is my sincere hope that president trump introduces a bill to congress for the creation of Cuckold Orphanages.
What is a Cuckold Orphanage, you ask?
It is a place where a man may deposit his wife's child(ren) when he discovers that he is not the biological father. He will sign over his parental rights to the state and have no more legal responsibilities for said child(ren). A complete financial abortion.
Of course there will be strict DNA testing and a court hearing. This will follow due process of law. The only eligible men will be heterosexual and married. This is to preserve and promote the traditional family unit. Transgenders, homosexuals, lesbians, and other degenerates may not apply for relief from the Cuckold Orphanage.
The Cuckold Orphanage will see to all the child's schooling needs and will instill traditional, moral values as well as a deep sense of patriotism and promote civil or military service.
It would be a federal crime for the father to try and contact the child(ren) in the Cuckold Orphanage. It is a final separation until the child graduates at 18.
