1. Either wear your hair longer or shorter, figure out which is better for you, you're probably doing the opposite.
2. Change your fashion, learn about real exuberant styles and then wear them in a casual and every day sense
3. If you don't have a job fucking get one. Not retail, go to trade school if you're unskilled.
4. Contact sport: either boxing or fighting for maximum aggression and confidence but something like rugby will make it much easier to make friends.

All of this will take a long time. But guess what it took a long time for Chad as well, Chad works hard at being Chad and he's earned it.
