just dont do it. i quit cold turkey for 8 months, then around November I started again. I work in retail and stupid me convinced myself it would ease the stress.

It did, but here I am in january smoking again. I saved a lot of money by not smoking too. Wish I didnt startup again.

I've never smoked so I don't know if it's a similar process but when cutting for weightlifting I just make sure there aren't any snacks or junk food in the house. can't eat like shit if the shit ain't there. anyway, if you don't have smokes in your place, it shouldn't be that hard, yeah?
