stimulants
I'm being 100% serious, stimulants suppress hunger and make you more active so you go out and do stuff that distracts you from wanting to eat. I'm not saying to do meth, but I've lost 100 pounds using lots of caffeine and some herbal supplements and staying active. Lots of gum and water help too.
Masturbatingnot even joking, keeps your hands busy rather than eating
emotional amphetamine use

85 to 68 guy here.
I don't even know if what I did counts as intermittent fasting but basically;
>2 out of 7 days you are allowed to eat whatever the fuck
>the 5 days left you are only allowed to eat a moderate breakfast
I used video games to distract myself so I wouldn't be able to think about food.
I occasionally drank diet soda and chewed bubble gum. I didn't lift a finger, this is all I did and I lost weight.
I know some healthfag is going to get all triggered on my ass and say I've destroyed my body and shortened my life span but I don't give a shit.
It's effective, it works and it doesn't require actually having to do anything.
you can try alcoholism

I'm already on a diet, I just miss need a substitute for binge eating thousands of calories when I'm stressed.
>eat one largish meal a day
>Occasional snacking
>Some days forget to eat entirely
Genuinely don't understand how people get fat. Like just don't eat so much bro, problem solved

chewing gum (sugar free Trident is decent)
running
lifting weights
weeb shit (VNs, manga, anime)
vidja games
Also, go to /fit/ to help develop different eating habits.

Can verify that intermittent fasting is amazing for weight control if you're an ex-fatass.
I've been eating better the last few weeks but it's still hard. I'm trying to turn it into an obsession but it's not working so far
>feel hungry
>drink water
>feel full
is this my ticket out of this hell?
>>34550688
>running
>lifting weights
I'm all for being /fit/ but wouldn't that just make him hungrier afterwards, and therefore more likely to fail since he hasn't got much self control?

OP said he was an "emotional eater" so the idea is to find something else that will comfort him when he feels anxious or sad or worried, etc. Running and going to the gym are good alternatives that will both ease his turbulent emotions and lead to long-term positive results that will improve the quality of his life situation.
Food is your friend, but it should never be your best friend.
