there is no point, this planet has habitats that support life, therefore life exists on it. the point of conscious existence is recognize we can't answer the question, because we do not exist, the only existence which would be valid is one which has no dependencies. therefore the thing that permits life to occur (habitable planet) must be destroyed, only then without matter or universal laws can something exist, because it is self defined.
