I want to smoke but last time I smoked while sober I felt like utter shit after a cigarette. Like I was going to die or some shit. Felt sick to my stomach. Not sure if it's because I was smoking the long ones.

I work in a kitchen, literally every employee smokes. I limit myself to 3 or 4 a day on my breaks.

I just try not to smoke when those around me aren't fine with it. I don't really care if people smoke or not. Unless you smoke menthols, I fucking hate when people smoke menthols.

Whenever I buy cigarettes, I normally smoke the whole pack in less than a day because I have little self-restraint. However, because I let the judging eyes of the cashier bother me way more than I should, I rarely buy them.

Smoking is fucking disgusting and is one of the biggest indicators of being a low-life piece of trash. Smells like shit, tastes like shit and has several detrimental health effects with no positives besides nicotine being a minor stimulant, and an extremely addictive one at that.
