Look into intermittent fasting and Dr. Jason Fung (some great youtube videos). Makes it a lot easier. Basically you just skip breakfast for the easiest IF, but also best to eat lower carb and higher fat, also avoid sugars.

I've started trying to lose weight again today. I forgot how much drinking black coffee helps me, not sure if it's the same for others, but it's almost like a small bump of meth to my appetite and it also gets me to focus a lot.
