Cats just sometimes throw up. If it persists, after a few days, take it to the vet. A good tip is to not switch up the food your feeding it. Just buy the same cat food all the time. Cats have easily disturbed stomachs.

Well, green tea is made from a plant. Cats don't naturally eat plants. It won't seriously hurt it. It just upset its stomach. Don't let him drink it again.
