Anyone else have problems calling people, especially girls by name?

I find it a lot harder to call them by their nickname.

I don't know where it comes from. I can't even say stuff like "Anon, could you help me with this?" It just causes discomfort for to call someone by their name, maybe I'm scared I'm bothering them too much or that I sound weird by saying it. I for example just go into their direction and hope they're looking at me so I can ask them without using their name
