I'm basically around my gf 24/7 as we live together and I rarely go anywhere without her but she constantly conplains that we don't do anything together even though I'm pretty much always doing something with her. She craves so much attention it's impossible to sate

Ask her why does she think that, and how muchas time would be reasoning. Negotiate it with her so you have a measurable amount of time to take as a reference, and this way the next time she complains you can shut her mouth if she's lying and use it as proof. And vice-versa, be careful to give her enough attention or your deal will come back at you and bite you in the ass.
