There's a simple explanation for this, they're Jews.

Gravity falls was cancelled because it was exposing the truth. It got away with season 1 because they just thought it was a dilly kids show. But since ppl were so interested in the mystery it had to be shut down.
And thats why such an awesome cartoon with high ratings only had 2 seasons.
