I have no self-esteem i guess. I always wanted to be a robot you know, while everyone was busy with socialising i was trying to learn how to make games, code and shit. So I'm socially unskilled. You need to pay 100% attention when someone is crying on your shoulder, especially a girl.

To me it sounds like she's feeling something for you.
And if you want my advice I tell you, go for it. But obviously don't just go up and say it. Ask her to go out with you time to time, and when you feel like "it's time" just say what you feel for her.

In terms of detail, doing so at rather late hour sounds like great idea (after all, "The nights were mainly made for saying things that you can't say tomorrow day"). Of course you need to do it face to face not via facebook or any other shit like that, cinema fits the description quite nicely.
