I suppose that's better than nothing, but still crappy all the same. People who deliberately litter are garbage. Accidentally dropping trash while walking, or losing some to the wind while riding in a car, or something similarly unintentional is understandable, but there's purposefully leaving it indisposed of is inexcusable.

It's really ridiculous because in some places where there are actually quite a few waste baskets, some of which even provide bags for public use along with a sign kindly asking any and all to be responsible about their dogs' droppings.

Cleaning up after pups is good for all, for beautification purposes as well as sanitation and environmental reasons.

What I meant by it being better is that if it's in an area where city workers will be cleaning, then they'll only have to pick it up and toss it in a trashcan rather than needing to use more bags. Besides, in the admittedly unlikely chance that the bag left around is a biodegradable one, then it all works out anyway.

I went out with a spergette for a year and we are still friends and shes still in love with me (cause shes a sperg) even though shes in a committed relationship now...when I met her she was 350 pounds....Today she told me she reached her current weight of 335.....I gave her an eating plan that matched up to majority of what her doctor prescribed and I'm not even formally educated in nutrition except one health class I had to take for GE......I also had my mom buy her that 85 game Sega Genesis console that she got a week ago....she never actually had a console growing up (shes 26) and she said that her depression is virtually non-existent and her appetite has dropped immensely....theres more but I turned this girl's life around majorly.
