You can have women with naturally enormous breasts but very little milk yield, and women with naturally small breasts with large yield. Milk yield is determined by glandular tissue, while breast size is a combination of glandular tissue and fat. If the breasts are mostly fat, they will not produce more milk because they may still contain the same amount of glandular tissue as some smaller breasts.
