Sorry to tell you this OP, but there is no such thing as paranormal in reality. You can perception a paranormal experience, and this can spread from you to other people, but the simple fact is that if humans didn't exist, paranormal activity would not exist.

yes. i used to see two ghosts semi-regularly when i was a child, between the ages of about 5 and 8.

they used to just float above my bed and talk to each other. they never talked to me.

My friend claims to have contacted to ghost. his story goes something like this:

Sleep paralysis. I don't even remember what it looked like, all I remember is the feeling of pure terror when I looked at what was standing over me. The worst part was I couldn't look away.
