im getting tired of seeing the fitness meme here. its pure brainwashing. i used to BE that fit guy you see in the gym, perfect abs, big arms, chiseled face. I had extremely healthy eating habits. but im here to tell you the truth: that I was completely miserable. i was stressed all the time, hungry all the time, my muscles and joints hurt, i was self conscious, always staring in the mirror, always sad because i couldnt get a gf.

im telling you this now as I sit here, an overweight fat man, who has never been happier in life. i have a gf, stuff my face with junk food every day, never exercise, and i enjoy every day from beginning to end. ive never felt better. dont beleive any of the /fit/ lies.
