>tfw getting D-s in my stupid arts degree
>tfw failure at life

D's still get degrees.
Is it through a lack of effort, or understanding?
>>34479209
Maybe you're too original an artist to succeed in their classes. Perhaps switch to a STEM degree.
>>34479285
Maybe both. Last semester I got straight A-s and this semester I'm getting Ds in everything but religion

>>34479428
>History
you should have said liberal arts instead of arts desu
I thought you meant art like, you know, animation or fine art or product design or whatever
>>34479428
I thought history was a humanities subject?
What part of history is art?
What do you do in it?
>>34479692
>What part of history is art?
by arts he meant liberal arts, another name for humanities
It's considered an arts degree at my university, at least, it's under the arts section of the website
I think all humanities/social science degrees here are called art and actual art is called "fine arts"

>lose motivation/don't draw anything for two years
>lose most skills and have jobless degree
Why not just do what you want in this short life? I've been working since I was 16 and decided to forego college until three years ago when I turned 24. Had an inkling of what I wanted to study but wanted to enjoy myself as well so I decided to aim for a business/accounting degree while taking an art class every other quarter as well. Because I take them as evening classes on top of working full-time, I haven't had any chance of a social life except the rare interaction with classmates after class for a quick dinner or something. Just about to finish my Associate's but all in all pretty satisfied with the choices I've made.
