This looks like something a basic bitch would post on her instagram, and then proceed to be the exact opposite
There can be alpha females in wolf packs, so I guess that yeah there can be an alpha female or matriarch in a family. You see it all the time in India especially, where the grandmother more or less runs the family and social side of things while her husband runs the business side. It's a successful family dynamic.
But trying to do it all is too much for any woman or man. Whoever came up with the quote "RELATIONSHIPS AREN'T 50/50, THEY'RE 100/100" had no idea what they're talking about.

Then why is India unsalvageably bad

Woman trying to be like men again. All they do is take what we do, copy it, then say they are the one that did it all along.
Women certainly can be 'alpha' in the sense that they are dominant and are at the top of the food chain.
You'll see a few token alpha women in higher end business positions that didn't get there by sucking dicks or nagging about the glass ceiling.
They are fairly rare, however. By and far most females are betas.
The characteristics of being dominant, controlling, socially assertive, etc, are all usually masculine ideals, and it's difficult for a woman to be respected if she acts like that.
It's not impossible, just rare.

Modern women are taught to be a "man", and they have forgotten to be / are discouraged from being a "real woman".
