I have lost interest in anime and vidya sufficiently less. I just too guilty doing either so I need to get my life together.

It sucks because anime was such a part of my identity and suddenly it has lost almost all appeal

I feel pretty much the same, but for me it's rather that I've exhausted all the best anime and vidya, and there just isn't any new stuff that tops the great stuff that I used to enjoy. I did enjoy watching Jojo's bizarre adventure recently, but I tried watching some random new anime and just didn't enjoy it at all. I definitely need to find a new hobby quick.

I sorta play games still. I would rather just browse 4chan while watching YouTube videos. I hate myself for that since I got a new PC just last year.
