Like 5 years ago I was in Highschool and doing XC and Track. My family went on a vacation to St. Coix (tropical island) and everytime I went swimming I hated taking my shirt off. I always felt fat and pale.

I went to my moms last weekend and saw some photos of our trip; I was really pale but I actually looked really fit.
So if you feel like shit with your short off in public you might actually look nicer to other than you do to yourself.
