fear of pain and death

I enjoy the manga one piece. That gets me through a lot of weeks.

I don't want to be a liability or source of shame to my parents. That pushes me to work, even got an interview coming up for a "good job". Sufficient maybe even for me to live on my own.

I also find it very useful to set small goals and work towards them.
For 2017 I'd like to lose 30 pounds over the course of the year.
2.5 pounds a month. I think I can manage that.

Keep your chin up and keep marching on.
Never give in to self pity.
