apple juice and pineapple or any fruit that begins with a p. you can buy marlax, powder in apple juice. you can also buy dupalax(sp) a pill to poop. take it the night before or the morning.

i use to poop like once a week. those poop were big every week. i also drank a lot of soda back then too.
