I've bought some anime movies of my favorites, my mom when she found it said "Is this a Pokemon movie? Looks like a Pokemon movie" but she doesn't mind. My dad says cartoons are for kids.

I really don't give a shit though, I had a huge anime phase in high school but my watching is pretty erratic now. Now my parents don't give a shit what I do as long as I have a job for the summer from uni.

my mom said anime is for pedophiles. and my scumbag otaku uncle agreed with her. so now she actively thinks im a pedophile, and everytime i try and explain to her that anime isnt for pedophiles she sees through my shit because im a bad liar and i really DO have a thing for little ones.
