Since this is about comparison not absolute numbers,and adblockers are used a lot nowadays and since a lot of people supposedly browse this place on mobile from 'school' so they obviously don't use an 'alexa app' (it's not like you need Nielsen families for internet statistics) I think this statistic isn't discredited by what you listed.
