I like http://luciddreaming.wiki/en/Main_Page . However, there's not really all too much to read up on lucid dreaming - there's 3 main parts:

1) Keep a dream journal
As soon as you wake up, write down whatever you remember.
2) Set an alarm at about 6 hours after falling asleep. Wake up, then go back to bed (this is called WBTB)
3) If you are getting used to this, try out actual methods like WILD (after waking up, go back to sleep but try to keep your mind awake) or MILD

Reality checking is really just pinching your nose and trying to breathe through it.
